Tuition and Registration Fees for 2017-2018

Tuition: (can be paid by three different options)
  1. Parents/guardians who choose to pay the tuition in full by September 1st will automatically receive a 5% discount at time of payment if not receiving any other discount.
  2. Parents/guardians may make payments in two installments:
    1. First installment:  Due by September 1st (for August-December tuition). When first installment is paid; parents/guardians will receive a 2% discount if not receiving any other discount.
    2. Second installment:  Due by January 1st (for January-May tuition). When second installment is paid; parents/guardians will receive a 2% discount if not receiving any other discount.   NOTE:  If payment is not received by the school treasurer by September 6th/January 6th; parents/guardians must sign up for pre-authorized monthly deducted payments through the SIU Credit Union by September 15th/January 15th (this form will be provided to you by the school treasurer).  Failure to do so will require the school board to dismiss a student immediately until sign-up has been completed and tuition has been paid and made current.  Once this has been completed; the student will be allowed to return to school.
  3. Parents/guardians may sign up for pre-authorized monthly deducted payments through the SIU Credit Union (this form will be provided to you by the school treasurer).   Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month beginning with September through June.
 
Registration:  $200/one-time payment per child, per school year.
The $200 Registration Fee is due and payable by August 1st; the student may not attend class until payment is received in full.  The Registration fee helps to cover cost of textbooks and student insurance.  Registration fees are non-refundable.
 
New to Adventist Tuition Assistance Program
The Marion Adventist Christian School is making available a financial tuition assistance program to all parents/guardians for each new student enrolled in our school. 
First Year:  Parent is responsible for one-third (1/3) of the tuition costs to be paid to the Marion Adventist Christian School plus a one-time Registration Fee per school year.
Second Year:  Parent is responsible for two-thirds (2/3) of the tuition costs to be paid to the Marion Adventist Christian School plus the one-time Registration Fee per school year.
Subsequent Years:  Parent is responsible for entire amount of the tuition costs to be paid to the Marion Adventist Christian School plus the one-time Registration Fee per school year.
